Use of the website, submission of inquiries through forms, and contact with us through official messengers or email means that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

The Pulse Group brand brings together independent legal entities providing a full range of vehicle and powersports sourcing, purchasing, and logistics services:

• Financial services, processing of official SWIFT/Wire bank transfers, and European logistics are handled by our company in Warsaw, Poland (NIP: 7123504262, REGON: 543356334).
• Vehicle and equipment sourcing, inspections, purchases from North American auctions and dealers, as well as export documentation in Canada, are handled by our official dealer company IKIGAI SOLUTION INC / Flat 6ix Club Inc (Concord, ON, Canada; Business Licence: 25 120052).

Important Notice: Pulse Group is an independent international supplier and licensed export broker. We are not official dealers, agents, or distributors of automotive brands (such as Zeekr, Xiaomi, Li Auto, Denza) or powersports brands (BRP, Polaris, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo). All logos and trademarks displayed on the website are used solely for informational and descriptive purposes to identify the products.

Client interactions follow the following transparent process:

1. Inquiry: The client submits a request for a specific vehicle or equipment model through the website or messengers.
2. Option selection: Pulse Group specialists provide real available options with prices, photo and video reports within 1–2 hours.
3. Contract: The parties sign an official supply contract for a specific vehicle or piece of equipment, specifying its VIN, exact price, and logistics terms.
4. Payment: The client makes payment based on the issued invoice. All payments are made officially to the company's bank account in Warsaw or through agreed payment instruments (including USDT).
5. Logistics and delivery: We complete the export documentation process in the country of origin, load the vehicle or equipment, and ship it by sea or air to the destination country.

Given that Pulse Group provides individualized sourcing and targeted purchasing of expensive vehicles and equipment according to the customer's specific requirements, the following rules apply:

• Payments made may be refunded in full (excluding payment system and bank fees) if the client cancels the order before our specialists begin the purchasing or reservation process with a dealer or auction, generally within the first 24 hours.
• Once the vehicle or equipment has been officially reserved, purchased, or its export documentation process has begun, the advance payment becomes non-refundable, as it fully covers the Company's actual transaction-related expenses.
• If Pulse Group is directly responsible for the inability to deliver the specifically agreed vehicle, we undertake to refund the full amount received from the client or provide a comparable replacement subject to mutual agreement.

Users of pulse-group.eu are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated systems (scripts, bots, scrapers, parsers) for mass collection of data or copying the equipment catalog or prices.
• Taking actions intended to destabilize the operation of the website's servers, introduce malicious code, or conduct DDoS attacks.
• Publishing or distributing knowingly false, defamatory, or fraudulent information mentioning the Pulse Group brand.

All textual content, unique graphic elements, design elements, page structures, and photographs created by Pulse Group employees are the intellectual property of the Company. Full or partial copying without the direct written consent of Pulse Group management is prohibited under applicable copyright laws.

All legal relationships arising from the use of the website are governed by the applicable laws of the countries where Pulse Group's entities are registered (Poland / Canada). Any disagreements or disputes shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a compromise cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in accordance with the jurisdiction established by law.
